Rolwaling Trek
Rolwaling is the east -west valley below Gauri Sankar and 7145 mtr just south of Tibetan border. This is an isolated and culturally diverse area but most of the trek into Tashi labsa pass 5755 mtr into Khumbu It is batter to cross Tashi Labsa from Khumbu side. Rolwaling and Tashi labsa are technically used to foreigner. How ever if you obtain a climbing permit foe Ramsung one of the trek peaks in immigration office will issue you a trekking permit.
Itinerary
Day 01: Kathmandu to Charikot by local bus 8 hrs. Camp overnight at Dolakha.
Day 02: Dolakha to Biguti 7hrs.
Day 03: Biguti to Suridhoban 6hrs.
Day 04: Suridhoban to Jagat 6hrs.
Day 05: Jagat to Simigoon 6hrs.
Day 06: Simigoon rest day for acclimatization
Day 07: Simigoon to Sapka 5hrs
Day 08: Sapka to Manebug kharka 6hrs
Day 09: Manebug kharka to Nyimore 6hrs
Day 10: Nyimore to Dokoare 6hrs
Day 11 : Dokoare to Na Besi 6hrs
Day 12: Na besi to Chobu
Day 13: Chobu to Parcharmo 7hrs
Day 14: Parcharmo rest day for acclimatization
Day 15: Parcharmo to Tashi Lapcha pass than camp at Comps 7hrs
Day 16: Comps to Thame 6hrs
Day 17: Thame to Khumjung 5hrs
Day 18: Khumjung to Dole 6hrs
Day 19: Dole to Phanga 6hrs
Day 20: Phanga to Gokyo 4hrs
Day 21: Gokyo to Gonglha 4hrs
Day 22: Gonglha to Chola pass than overnight at Dzonglha 7hrs
Day 23: Dzonglha to Labuche 2hrs
Day 24: Labuche to Khongma-La Besi 5hrs
Day 25: Khongama-La besi to Chukung 6hrs
Day 26: Chukung to Tengboche 6hrs
Day 27: Tengboche to Namche 5hrs
Day 28: Namche to Lukla 6hrs
Day 29: Lukla to Kathmandu by Plane 30 minutes. |
