Muktinath (Kaligandaki Valley)

A major pilgrimage site for both Buddhists and Hindus as well as an opportunity to relish the great mountain views. This trek begins and ends in Pokhara. You can choose to fly straight to Jomsom (2713 m) and walk to Muktinath and then down or you can start your walk from Pokhara, then fly back. Either choice gives you a great trekking experience while you follow the major trading route linking the road-less high mountains with the commercial centers of the valley where you will share the trail with burros and pony caravans on their way to and from the Mustang region.

Day 04 Drive from Pokhara to Nayapool, Trek to Tikhedhunga
Day 05 Trek Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani
Day 06 Trek Ghorepani to Tatopani
Day 07 Trek Tatopani to Ghasa
Day 08 Trek Ghasa to Tukuche
Day 09 Trek Tukuche to Marpha
Day 10 Trek Marpha to Kagbeni
Day 11 Trek Kagbeni to Muktinath
Day 12 Trek Muktinath to Jomsom
Day 13 Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara free day in Pokhara
Day 14 fly or drive to Kathmandu
Day 15  free day in Kathmandu
